Data controller

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, and your message. We collect nothing you have not knowingly sent us.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to answer your enquiry and, if it comes to that, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you. We do not use it for promotional messages without your consent, and we never sell it.
Who receives it
Form messages are delivered by Resend, which processes them on our behalf and may store them outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. To keep spam out of the form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads only when you reach the form and checks characteristics of your browser when you send it. We share data with no one else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for at most 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the data for as long as accounting law requires.
Cookies and statistics
This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors, so there is no consent banner. The videos on this site are hosted by us; the YouTube link only opens when you click it.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Send your request to [email protected] and we will reply within the period set by the GDPR. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP) or the authority in your own country.
